We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and specifications accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device's display is fully accurate. All offers are subject to availability.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, involve reseller activity, or exceed reasonable purchase quantities. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal as payment methods. PayPal is provided by PayPal, Inc. and operates under PayPal's own User Agreement and Privacy Policy. When paying via PayPal, your transaction is processed directly by PayPal and Tackle Tech does not receive or retain your payment credentials. Disputes regarding PayPal transactions should be directed to PayPal in the first instance, though we are happy to assist in resolving any order-related concerns.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

That policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Where applicable law grants you additional cancellation rights in connection with a distance sales contract, those rights apply regardless of anything in this section.
